Learn the secrets to finding a money making MLM Business

Many people do not understand the concept behind Multi Level Marketing, and instantly write it off. The reason is there are a lot of dodgy companies, that give it a bad name, so there a few things you should first understand before jumping into a new business venture.

However this business model is perfect for anybody who has a desire to run thier own home business, and have some sort of people skills. There are no skills required, so long as you are willing to put the work in, treat it like any other genuine business, and can handle dealing with people.

The number one thing to understand, is what seperates an MLM business to the un-desirable Pyramid scheme.

It’s important to comprehend the following sentences, read through them carefully.

A Network Marketing company supplies their product to consumers through a network of distributors, these distributors make a percentage from the sales or products that they sell, as well as from the products that people they sign up sell, hence multi level marketing.

Pyramid selling on the other hand, pays you for each new distributor that you sign up, unlike a product driven company that pays commisions for products sold. You really need to understand this as pyramiding is illegal in most countries.

The next thing to consider is the companies age.

Many companies when starting out, advertise it’s the next big thing, and you should get in early before everyone knows about it. But the truth is the average lifespan of any new MLM business is only 7 months, so you don’t want in early.

You really need a well established company, because you will have a larger customer base, with people all ready trusting the company. Any opportunity that diminishes over time will mean that your business will be short lived, and never survive. It should not matter how long you wait before getting on board, if the company is constantly expanding, and gaining more and more customers.

Any product driven company can only survive if their products are sold, therefore they should be dedicated to helping you succeed, and provide you with all the training and resources needed to expand your business.

However you should not feel pressured, or have to meet any expectations. You should be able to expand your business at your own pace. You should note that most companies expect you to move some products, after all they are a product driven company. Also they will normally provide higher returns or commissions for people that move more products.

It just makes sense to reward behaviour that increases profits for the company, and this in turn increases profits for distributors.

So there you have it, anyone can start a MLM business with no experience, but you should research the company, make sure there well established, provide full support and training and most importantly are a product driven company.
